# Rella

> Rella is a project management platform for social media managers and teams. It puts content planning, tasks, client approvals, scheduling and auto-posting, analytics reports and Ella, an AI strategist, in one workspace. Ella is available on Premium and Premium Plus plans only. Pricing is per seat: Pro $24, Premium $48, Premium Plus $64 per seat/month billed yearly ($288, $576, $768 per year), or $30, $59, $79 per seat billed monthly. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial.

Rella (Rella, Inc.) is built for social media managers, agencies running social for multiple clients, and in-house social and marketing teams. Each client or brand gets its own Social Space with its own calendar, assets, approvers and reports. Social Spaces are unlimited, so pricing doesn't go up when you add a new business. Clients and reviewers can view, comment on and approve content from a shareable link, with no login and no paid seat. Paid seats are only needed for team members who create or edit content inside Rella.

- Founded in 2021 by Natalie Barbu (CEO and Co-Founder), Connor Boyce (CTO and Co-Founder), Natacha Bomparte (Head of Product and Co-Founder) and Nick Kane (COO and Co-Founder).
- Natalie Barbu has over a decade of experience in social media and launched Rella out of her own pain points as a content creator.

## Plans

- Rella Pro ($24/seat/month billed yearly, or $30 billed monthly): unlimited social profiles, auto-posting, public share links with approval status changes, reporting, Instagram feed preview. Ella (AI) is not included in Pro.
- Rella Premium ($48/seat/month billed yearly, or $59 billed monthly): everything in Pro, plus Ella (AI) with a set monthly usage, Workflows, Instagram inbox, advanced sharing, the full approvals flow with a single approver, and MCP integration.
- Rella Premium Plus ($64/seat/month billed yearly, or $79 billed monthly): everything in Premium, plus unlimited Ella (AI) usage, multiple approvers, white labeling, 1:1 onboarding and priority support.

## Key facts

- Auto-publishing to 9 platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, X and Google Business Profile (posts, events, offers). Custom platform slots for planning other channels. Uses each platform's official API.
- Project management: content calendar, tasks, deadlines, assignees, Kanban boards, custom statuses, table view, notes and projects.
- Approvals: Pro includes public share links for content plus approval status changes. The full approvals flow is on Premium and Premium Plus: Premium allows "Anyone" or one named approver; Premium Plus allows unlimited named approvers; auto-posting can wait for approval.
- Ella (AI strategist): writes and plans content, summarizes performance, and runs automated Workflows. Included on Premium (set usage, with optional pay-as-you-go credits after that) and unlimited on Premium Plus. Not included on Pro.
- MCP integration (connect Rella to Claude, ChatGPT and other tools): Premium and Premium Plus.
- Analytics: Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn Company Pages and Threads. Reports are shared by link or email. No X or Google Business Profile analytics.
- Social inbox: Instagram only, Premium and Premium Plus.
- Integrations: Canva, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Meta Ads, MCP.
- White labeling: Premium Plus.
- Mobile: installable web app (PWA) with push notifications. There is no native app store app.
- Trending audio: Instagram Reels sounds can be scheduled through Meta's API. Other audio can be added with manual posting.
- Unlimited social profiles and Social Spaces on all plans.
