  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

  • Service refers to the Application.

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

  • Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.

  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Information We Collect

Rella may collect the following types of personal information:

  • Personal Information You Provide: When you create an account, use our services, or communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, and other information you provide.

  • Usage Data: We automatically collect information when using the Service. Usage data information such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, usage patterns, and interactions with our platform.

  • Third-Party Social Media Account Data: When you choose to connect a third-party social media account (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, Google), we only access the data you explicitly authorize via the platform's API. This data may include your account name, email address, profile information, and permissions needed to provide our services. Data is only collected upon connection of Your Third-Party Social Media Service’s account through the respective API’s, and is deleted whenever You decide to remove the connection.

How We Use Your Information

Rella uses personal data to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the platform

  • Facilitate account management and user support

  • Communicate service updates, account-related notifications, and marketing (if you have opted in)

  • Analyze usage trends to improve user experience

  • Comply with legal obligations and protect Rella’s rights

Information Collected from Device Access

While using the Application, and solely to enable specific features of the Service, the Company may collect certain information from Your Device, with Your explicit prior permission. This may include:

  • Photographs, videos, and other media from Your Device’s camera or photo library.

This information is collected to provide core functionalities of the Application, to enhance and customize the user experience, and to improve the Service. The information may be stored locally on Your Device, uploaded to secure Company servers, or uploaded to the servers of authorized Service Providers acting on the Company’s behalf.

You may modify or revoke the Application’s access to Your camera or photo library at any time by adjusting the privacy settings on Your Device.

Data Access and Security Disclosures

Rella does not have access to, view, store, or otherwise process user passwords associated with any third-party social media platforms connected through the Service.

Rella solely retains the access tokens expressly authorized and issued by the applicable third-party platforms to facilitate integration with the Service. These tokens may be revoked by the user at any time directly through the respective platform’s account settings.

Rella does not collect or store user credentials (i.e., usernames or passwords) used to authenticate with third-party social media platforms.

For users who register for the Service using an email address and password, such password is stored exclusively in a hashed and salted format using industry-standard cryptographic methods and remains encrypted at rest within Rella’s secured databases. At no time is the plaintext password accessible by Rella personnel or systems.

When users connect third-party social media accounts to the Service, the user is solely responsible for selecting and authorizing the permissions granted to Rella. These permissions may be modified or revoked by the user at any time through the corresponding third-party platform.

The only third-party account data stored by Rella is that which is reasonably necessary to generate analytics reports as part of the Service’s core functionality. Such data is stored encrypted at rest and protected with strict row-level security controls. Rella does not collect, store, or access any other external information from connected third-party accounts beyond what is explicitly required and authorized for Service operation.

Third-Party Software/Service Providers

Our app utilizes Twilio for SMS messaging while maintaining a strong commitment to user privacy. We do not collect any personally identifying data to safeguard user information. While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:
Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library
We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Deletion of Your Personal Data
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. If you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days, unless longer retention is required by law.


Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

The security of Your Personal Data is important to the Company. While the Company employs commercially reasonable measures to protect Your Personal Data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. You may:

  • Update or correct your account information

  • Disconnect third-party social media accounts

  • Delete your Rella account to remove your data

  • Opt out of marketing communications

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

Rella adheres to all platform guidelines to ensure your accounts are safe, secure, and retain organic reach.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Failure to cancel in advance will result in automatic billing for the next cycle, and no refunds will be issued once renewal charges are processed. To cancel your Rella subscription, please go to your Organization settings (top left) > Billing > Manage Subscription. From there you'll be redirected to our Stripe billing portal to cancel your subscription.
