October 3, 2024 Update

Dear Legacy Users,

We want to make you aware of a change to our legacy app. Rella’s legacy app (legacy.getrella.com) will no longer be available starting October 11, 2024. If you’d like to retrieve any content from your legacy account please do so before October 11, 2024 and email us if you need assistance.

Your legacy subscription will apply to our new platform. If you have not yet onboarded to our new platform (app.getrella.com) please email contact@getrella.com for more details.

August 6, 2024 Update

We are thrilled to announce a major update to Rella! Over the past months, we’ve learned and evolved, and we are now refining our platform to better serve you. We are relaunching Rella today!

Initially targeting creators, Rella has also become a go-to solution for social media managers seeking to manage clients, content, and collaboration more efficiently. Our new streamlined version simplifies collaboration and content management, providing a clear and effective experience for social media teams, managers, and agencies.

With the new Rella, you can upload content, assign team members, communicate seamlessly, and schedule posts—all in one place. We’re confident this update will enhance your workflow and productivity.

Rest assured, all your existing data is safe, you will not lose any content, and you can still access the current version (Rella 1.0) of Rella along with the relaunched version. You will be able to access all your content by logging into Rella 1.0 here. However, you will need to create a new account here.

If you’d like to transfer your data from 1.0 to our relaunched version, please email us at contact@getrella.com.

What will happen to my current account and subscription on the legacy app?
Starting on August 6, 2024, you can access your legacy account at legacy.getrella.com

 

Will I have to create a new account and purchase a subscription on the new app?
You’ll need to create a new account on a desktop device for the new app at app.getrella.com. As a thanks for being a legacy user, please email us at contact@getrella.com to receive a code to access the new app for free.

Can I still use Rella on both desktop and mobile?
Our legacy app was available as a website and a mobile app. Our new app at app.getrella.com is only available as a website. But good news, you’ll still be able to use Rella on both desktop and mobile! To use Rella on mobile please go to app.getrella.com on your phone’s browser.

What features will be available on the new app?
Campaigns will not be available on app.getrella.com. Please use this template for campaign management.
