How to Use Rella as a Manager

Rella is a project management tool for managers and their clients to automate their workflow. Instead of having notes, spreadsheets, content calendars all in scattered and different places use Rella to centralize your social media.


Content Calendar 🗓️

The “main” page on Rella is the Plan page. Think of it as your creative command center. Here you’ll see your ideas, tasks, and scheduled content.

We like to describe the Plan page as a content-planner-meets-a-project-management-tool.

Whether you’re planning content or creating pitches for your clients- the Plan page can adapt to fit your workflow.

On the calendar you’ll find scheduled content, preview dates, invoice dates, payment dates, and social media holidays. You can also sync your Rella calendar to Google Calendar.


Categorize with Tags 🏷️

Create tags that will bring order and structure to your Workspace.

Tags make it easy to collaborate with team members, customize your workspace, and prioritize tasks and deadlines.

Tags are available throughout the platform.


Monitor Campaigns 💰

Rella’s Earn page is the hub for managing revenue and receiving financial insights for your creator roster.

Upload brand contracts and have Rella auto fill your campaign for you with the rate, payment method, scope of work, exclusivity dates, usage dates, additional notes, invoice date, payment date, payment status, and contract summary.

Generate, download, and share invoices directly within Rella.

With Rella’s Campaign Summary, view total income, paid campaigns, and pending campaigns. You can also view a breakdown of brand deals by month, brand deals by platform, income by month, and income by platform.

Rella goes a step further by providing an estimate for monthly payments, including future months based on when brands need to fulfill their payment commitments.


Commenting 💬

You can add comments to communicate and tag Collaborators within the Workspace. Whether it's an idea/post, goal, campaign, or note- the commenting is available throughout the platform.


Share Content Preview 🔗

No matter if you’re sending content to your creator roster, clients, or brands use Rella’s Share Preview feature to maintain professionalism and send your content in an organized manner.

Preview on Rella allows you to generate a sharable link to send for approval and to add comments (no login or sign-up needed).


Auto Posting Across Platforms 🚀

If your creators or clients link their social profiles to Rella you can auto post content. Auto posting is available for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, & Twitter (X).


Add Collaborators 🖥️

You can add your creators/clients as Collaborators to your Workspace.

Once invited, Collaborators gain access to their designated Workspace. They can view and contribute to the content calendar, add goals, and track earnings, all within the context of their individual workspace.


Get Reminders 🔔

If you want to be reminded about your weekly agenda, you can enable SMS Reminders. Simply choose the day you’d like to get sent reminders!
