What are Workflow Rules
Workflow Rules on Rella ensure nothing gets published until it’s truly ready. It’s important to have control over your content workflow and peace of mind that nothing goes live without the green light.
Approval settings are workflow rules that determine which posts are eligible to auto-publish based on their status.
For example, if you only want content in the “Approved” status to auto post, content left in statuses like "Pending" or "In Progress" or "Revision" will remain unpublished until marked as “Approved".”
How to Enable Rules
Workflow rules can be managed from three locations:
Social Space settings > Workflow tab
Auto post settings within a post
Status settings
Once you access the workflow rules, select which statuses are eligible for auto posting. Toggle on “Require approval for all content in space” if you’d like your workflow rule to apply to every post. If you’d like your workflow rule to only apply to specific content, make sure you check “Requires approval” within a specific post.
