About Rella’s Media Library
Use Rella as a Google Drive or Dropbox alternative! The Media Library is your centralized hub for all assets uploaded to Rella. Clear up space on your desktop and mobile devices and batch upload content to Rella. Organize your assets into folders and subfolders, or connect your Google Drive account to bring in content from where you already store it.
How to Batch Upload
Access the Media Library in the top right of your Rella account.
Click on a piece of media to view the file name, file type, and the posts attached to the media. Select “Add to Post” to attach media to a post. Remove a post from a piece of media by clicking “X”.
You can download individual pieces or content or a batch of content to your device by selecting a post(s).

Create folders within the Media Library to organize content in a way that makes sense for your processes.

The possibilities are endless! You can also nest folders inside other folders to act as subfolders, giving you full control over your structure.
How to Connect Google Drive
Connect a Google Drive account to pull content directly into Rella. To connect/disconnect:
When uploading assets, select “Google Drive” > Log in > Grant Rella access OR
Go to your Profile settings (top right of your Rella account) > Integrations > select “Google Drive” > Log in > Grant Rella access
Media Library FAQs
Can clients add media to the library?
Yes, within a Project, click “Share” in the top right. Click here to learn more about sharing Projects.
Can I add media to multiple posts?
Yes, click on an asset and under the “Content” field add the content to multiple existing posts.
Can I add content from other apps?
Yes, with Rella you can import content from Canva and Google Drive. To do this, go to your Profile, navigate to the Integrations tab, and connect your account.
Can I reference media in the Activity panel?
Yes, you can mention images and timestamps in comments!
