When you open Rella, you'll find yourself on the Plan page, which is divided into Ideas, Tasks, and Posts.


Ideas 💡

Your ideas are the foundation of your content creation process. In Rella, the Ideas section is where you can jot down anything that hasn't been assigned a date on the calendar. This feature is particularly useful when you're in a rush or when you have a several content ideas in mind. For example, you can quickly write down concepts like "Day in the Life" and revisit them later to finalize the details.

Tasks ✅

The Task section allows you to create to-do lists. Aside from adding items to the Tasks section, you can also add tasks to individual posts. You can also attach deadlines to tasks that will be shown on the calendar. By incorporating tasks into your content creation process, you ensure that no detail is overlooked, helping you stay organized and on track.

Posts 📱

The Post section is where you bring your ideas to life. You can customize posts with the content builder. With the content builder, you have the flexibility to add a platform, tasks, captions, hashtags, and media files. Rella even provides Saved Hashtags and an AI caption and hashtag generator, making it easy to overcome writer's block.

Auto Posting 🚀

Watch your scheduled posts magically appear on your feed.

Rella takes the hassle out of scheduling your content. If you’re interested in auto posting, link your social profiles under your Workspace settings. Once you save a post with Auto Posting turned on, you'll receive a notification when your post is successfully published.

Post Manually ⏰

Take charge and embrace the thrill of posting in real-time. If you're not interested in Auto Posting, use Post Manually to publish your content on your terms.

When you post content manually, you'll be directed to the selected platform. Your Caption and/or Hashtags will be copied to the clipboard. Your Media will be duplicated and appear at the front of your camera roll. Since this Media is duplicated, you can delete the Media from your camera roll once your Post is published.

If you're looking to schedule your content in advance, add a date and time and you'll receive a notification to post your content at the date and time you selected.

Hashtags #️⃣

Delete the list in your notes app. Embrace the convenience of streamlining your content planning and hashtag storage in one place. Using Hashtags in your content increases discoverability, reaches your target audience, and categorizes your content.

If you're planning to re-use a set of Hashtags you can create Saved Hashtag. To access, click the bookmark icon in the bottom right of the Hashtags section. Create a new Hashtag Group with the "Add new Hashtag group" button.

If you're looking for new Hashtags to use on your Idea or Post use Rella AI to generate Hashtags for you.


Rella AI ✨

Say goodbye to writer's block and hello to witty captions. Just give us a prompt and let the magic begin.

To access Rella AI, click the lightbulb icon in the bottom right of the Captions or Hashtags section. Input your text and choose a tone from the drop-down.

Notes ✏️

You can add notes to content, allowing you to flesh out ideas, add scripts, and more. This feature is particularly beneficial for content creators who prefer to plan and develop their content in a more detailed manner.

To Repurpose content on available platforms, choose your desired platforms and your content will be duplicated. From there you can edit and save your content.
