Now that you've realized Pinterest's potential, let's go over how to easily repurpose the content that you already have and are using on Instagram and TikTok (work smarter, not harder!)
The content that you can repurpose onto Pinterest includes photos, TikToks, Reels, and Instagram stories. Pro tip: Pinterest users go to Pinterest to search for something (ie food recipes, photo inspiration, outfit inspiration, room decor ideas, journal prompts), so make sure your content is searchable.
You'd want to save the TikTok or Reel without the watermark by going to snaptik.app or snapinsta.app (there are many other versions that work just as well).
A Pin is usually a static image (video format is also allowed) that can be linked to a website. Normally, it takes quite a bit of time for Pins to get any sort of traffic, however Idea Pins are likes Instagram Stories. You are allowed to use either multiple photos or videos, but video format is highly suggested for Idea Pins. Idea Pins also get a lot more traffic almost instantly! Use the space in the description box given to act as a caption to your Idea Pin.
As far as frequency goes, we will suggest 1-2 a week. Once a week is average, while twice a week is above average. However, during the week, on your spare time, go on Pinterest and save any Pins you like to your boards. Active and frequent daily usage will only benefit you in the long term!
