Choosing a content management tool that can scale with your business as it grows is essential. Rella's Social Spaces offer a flexible way to manage multiple clients and your internal team— all while remaining under one Rella account.
Each Social Space can manage one social profile per platform for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Threads. If you’re looking to manage more than one profile per platform (ex: two Instagram accounts), create separate Social Spaces for each profile.

For additional organization, you can use Projects to group and share content within a Social Space. The best part about Social Spaces? You can continue to create as many Social Spaces as needed at no extra cost!
How to Create Social Spaces
To set up a new Social Space:
Navigate to the Menu in Rella.
Click Create Social Space.
Customize each Social Space by editing the name, adding custom platforms, updating platform colors, connecting social media profiles, and inviting team members.
Access Social Space settings by clicking More Options (...) in the Menu or the Settings icon in the top right to manage the Social Space's members list or profile links at any time.

What is included in each Social Space?
Each Social Space can contain one of each social profile per platform for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Threads and includes its own members list, board view, content calendar, Instagram feed planner, and analytics dashboard.
How many Social Spaces can I add on Rella?
Unlimited Social Spaces are included with each Rella subscription. Unlike other content management tools that charge per client/business, on Rella you can create as many Social Spaces as you need without affecting your subscription cost.
Can I link more than one profile per platform?
If you’re looking to manage more than one profile per platform (ex: two Instagram accounts) you’ll need to add each profile to separate Social Spaces.
Can I add a member to multiple Social Spaces?
Yes, once a team member is added to your Rella subscription you can use that team member’s email to invite them to multiple Social Spaces without affecting your subscription cost.
Can I share a Social Space with clients?
Within a Social Space, click “Share” in the top right.
