Social linking on Rella is designed to help you save time and automate your workflow. By linking your accounts with Rella, you’ll be granted the ability to auto post. Click on a platform below for linking and troubleshooting instructions.

How to Link Accounts
To link or manage your social accounts on Rella go to Social Space Settings > Links > Connect. Click “Share Social Links” to have clients link their accounts.
Bulk Auto Posting
Bulk auto-posting across multiple platforms saves time and streamlines your workflow. Scheduling everything from under one post eliminates the need to switch between individual pieces of content!
To bulk auto post, select multiple platforms then scroll down and turn on the “Auto Post” toggle on. Some platforms require additional actions (ex: privacy settings) to enable auto posting. Please make sure you’ve resolved any additional steps in order for your content to publish successfully.
Social Linking FAQs
Why did I receive a “reminder” email?
You will receive an email notification from Rella titled “Reminder: Your content is scheduled to be published soon“ if the Auto Post toggle was not enabled. Please enable the Auto Post toggle to have Rella auto publish content.
Why does my connection say “expired”?
In order to keep your accounts safe and secure each platform connection will expire after a period of time. You’ll need to refresh the connection to continue auto posting. Your social connections will remain active for the following days on each platform:
Instagram: 60 days
Instagram via Facebook: 90 days
Facebook: 90 days
TikTok: 365 days
LinkedIn: 365 days
YouTube: 365 days
X: 365 days
Pinterest: 365 days
Threads: 60 days
How will my content appear when auto posted?
Auto posted content will display the caption, followed by a blank line, and then the hashtags.
