Social linking on Rella is designed to help you save time and automate your workflow. By linking your accounts with Rella, you’ll be granted the ability to auto post on available platforms, view your Instagram feed, and generate analytics reports. Click on a platform below for linking instructions.
*Rella adheres to each platform’s API guidelines to ensure your accounts are safe and secure.
Auto Posting 🚀
Rella takes the hassle out of posting your scheduled content. Once you save a post with Auto Posting turned on, you'll receive a notification when your post is successfully published.
*Available for Instagram Posts, Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, & Twitter (X)
*Auto posts scheduled less than 10 minutes in advance may experience up to a five-minute delay.
Goal Tracking 🏆
Rella will automatically track goals with follower count or posting consistency metrics if your social accounts are connected. You'll receive a notification when you’ve reached your goal target.
*If your follower count goal on Rella does not match the number you see directly within the platform disconnect and reconnect your social account.
Multiple Accounts 📁
If you've wanted to connect multiple Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc. profiles under the same Rella log in- Workspaces are for you! Workspaces allow you to separate income streams, clients, etc. Each Workspaces has its own content calendar, goals, and campaigns.
Expired Connections 🛑
In order to make sure Rella is adhering to platform guidelines, you’ll be directed to relink your social accounts every so often to continue using features like auto posting, feed previewing, or automatic goal tracking.
When your social account connect expires, you’ll receive a push notification (if enabled) on your mobile device. You can also access this information in the Notifications tab on Rella.
Troubleshooting ❗️
Experiencing issues with your social account connections on Rella? Here are a few common problems:
Auto posts failing to publish
Automatic follower count goals being labeled as “0”
Not being able to view your Instagram grid
Relinking your connection but still experiencing issues
Here are a few solutions to try:
If you’re using Rella on mobile, link your account on desktop or vise versa
Make sure pop up blockers are disabled
Use a different browser
Disconnect and reconnect your connection
